Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player") and kg55 ("Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of all services available at https://kg55.org. By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using the kg55 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in full.

These Terms apply to all games, promotions, payment transactions, and support communications on the kg55 platform. They are supplemented by specific promotion terms, game rules, and the kg55 Privacy Policy, all of which form part of the overall agreement. Where a conflict exists between these Terms and any specific promotion terms, these Terms prevail unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise.

What Every kg55 Player Should Know

Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account on kg55 you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. kg55 does not permit access by minors under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities may not register as players.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration and keep it updated at all times.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a kg55 employee involved in platform operations.
• You must not use the platform if you are subject to an active self-exclusion or have been excluded by kg55.

Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on kg55. Opening duplicate accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is a breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts. The following rules apply to all kg55 accounts:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. kg55 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.
• You must notify kg55 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. kg55 may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation.
• Account sharing is not permitted. Only the registered account holder may place wagers or access account funds. Allowing another person to use your account constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• kg55 may close a dormant account (no login activity for 12 consecutive months) after providing reasonable notice to the registered contact associated with the account.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory before processing your first withdrawal. kg55 may also request KYC documentation at any stage during your use of the platform as part of its anti-money-laundering and fraud prevention procedures. Documents typically required include a valid national identity card or passport, together with proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on kg55 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not apply currency conversion to player account balances. The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit is ৳500. kg55 does not impose a maximum single-session deposit cap, though individual payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may apply their own transaction limits.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. kg55 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously used for a deposit.
• Standard withdrawal requests are typically processed within minutes during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Requests pending KYC verification or fraud review may take longer.
• kg55 will not process withdrawals where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering. Affected funds may be held pending investigation, and kg55 may report suspected financial crime to relevant authorities.
• kg55 does not charge internal transaction fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. Players are solely responsible for any fees charged by their payment provider.

Bonuses and Promotions

kg55 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to these general Terms and any specific promotion terms published alongside the offer. The following core bonus rules apply to all kg55 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from your real-money balance and must be wagered in full according to the specified wagering requirement before any withdrawal is permitted.
• Bonuses and free spins are valid for a limited period as stated in the promotion terms. Unused bonus funds or free spins that expire before the wagering requirement is met will be forfeited without compensation.
• kg55 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including low-risk hedging, arbitrage betting, or coordinated wagering patterns.
• No player may hold more than one active welcome bonus at the same time. Claiming a welcome bonus on a second account is a breach of these Terms and the single-account rule.

Gameplay Rules

All games on kg55 are supplied by certified third-party providers. kg55 does not develop, modify, or interfere with game software. The outcome of every game is determined solely by the provider's certified RNG and cannot be influenced by kg55 or any player action outside the game's defined rules. The following gameplay terms apply across all game categories on the platform:

• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round will be declared void and the wager returned to the player's balance. kg55 is not liable for any winnings that would have resulted from a round interrupted by a technical fault.
• Players may not use automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software that interacts with the game interface on their behalf. Use of such tools is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• For sports betting markets, kg55 reserves the right to void any bet placed after the outcome of the relevant event was already known, regardless of whether the market was still displaying live odds at the time the bet was placed.
• kg55 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake, maximum payout, or access to specific games for any player account at its sole discretion, including as a responsible gaming measure.

Responsible Gaming

kg55 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above and provides tools to help players manage their activity. kg55 supports the following responsible gaming measures for all registered players:

• Deposit limits: Players may request a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap on their account. A limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase requires a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Time-out: Players may request a temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out the account cannot be accessed and no deposits, wagers, or withdrawals can be processed.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the kg55 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, pending withdrawals withheld, and any winnings derived from prohibited conduct forfeited:

• Opening or operating more than one kg55 account, including under a different name, mobile number, or payment method.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point, including during KYC verification.
• Using the platform to launder money, conduct financial fraud, or process transactions on behalf of a third party.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or technical faults to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or suspected error are void.
• Colluding with other players, sharing account access, or engaging in any coordinated strategy designed to manipulate game outcomes or circumvent bonus terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kg55 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service. kg55's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kg55 makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption or free from errors. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. kg55 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or suspend any game or service at any time without prior notice.

Amendments to These Terms

kg55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, kg55 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the contact details on file or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. The effective date of the revised Terms will be updated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the kg55 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request withdrawal of any remaining balance in your account.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online entertainment platforms in the jurisdiction in which kg55 operates. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first seek resolution through kg55's internal complaints procedure by contacting [email protected] with full details of the complaint. kg55 aims to acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 7 business days.
